At Powerhouse Gym Pro Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached; supplements must be unopened with the safety seal intact.

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the items back to our distribution center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
